RETURN POLICY

Sterling Society does not offer refunds on any items. We only provide exchanges or store credits.

Items postmarked within 7 days of delivery will be eligible for a exchange/store credit. Items must be in the same condition as they were when they were purchased in order to be eligible for a exchange or store credit. Store credits or exchanges will be honored once we have the item(s) and have inspected the item(s).

Sterling Society will not refund the original shipping charges for both domestic and international orders,  with the exception of damaged or incorrectly shipped items.

Washed or worn items are not permitted for a exchanges or store credits. All items must be returned in their original packaging.

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN POSTAGE.

Please include a note in your package that states:

  1. Order #
  2. Return
  3. Reason for return 

*Your return will not be processed without an order number*
